Kevin Roberts oversees MacFarlane Partners’ master-plan development projects in Northern California and Baltimore. His responsibilities include securing project entitlements; determining project development strategies, budgets and schedules; overseeing project design, engineering, construction and marketing teams; and obtaining construction financing.
