Kevin Perrotta serves as Senior Managing Director, where he is responsibility for managing the firm’s investment origination platform for both debt and equity transactions as well as in deal and asset management for the firm’s investments. Prior to joining CW Kevin worked for other Investment Firms where he originated over $200 million in loans. In addition, Kevin worked as a Sales Associate at Douglas Elliman, where he specialized in luxury home and investment sales and generated exclusive listings, marketed properties to prospective investors, and working closely with owners and brokers to successfully close deals.
