Bio
Kevin is a highly driven shopping center professional with extensive experience in deal sourcing and underwriting. He has been involved with the acquisition, disposition, and financing of more than 2.5 million square feet and +$350MM of total transaction volume since beginning his real estate career.
Prior to joining Axiom, Kevin held Acquisitions and Asset Management positions at Broad Street Realty, Inc., and Cobalt Real Estate Solutions where he led financial analysis and developed a reputation for excellence in commercial real estate underwriting using Excel & ARGUS Enterprise.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) in Atlanta, Georgia where he graduated with Highest Honors in May of 2018.
