Kevin is a senior managing director in the New Jersey office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. He specializes in investment advisory in the New York metropolitan area. Over the course of his career, Kevin has been involved in more than $20 billion of office, industrial, retail, multi-housing and land sales.

Kevin joined HFF in March 2010. Before that, he was a director at Cushman & Wakefield's (C&W) Capital Markets Group and Client Solutions Group (Pfizer Account). He began his professional career at C&W's New York World Headquarters as an accountant before transferring to the East Rutherford, New Jersey office to focus on financial consulting and business development. In 1998, Kevin left the firm to work in the Capital Advisors Group of Insignia/ESG. He rejoined C&W in 2001 as a senior analyst in the Capital Markets Group, supporting the suburban metropolitan New York team.
