Kevin Murphy

Kevin Murphy is a member of the Structured Investments team and is focused on sourcing and executing new structured investment opportunities across the company's multifamily and commercial platforms.

Prior to joining FCP, Kevin worked as a Vice President in the Acquisitions group of Clarion Partners, where he was involved with investing over $1 billion in commercial and multifamily transactions across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. Prior to Clarion Partners, he was an acquisitions specialist at DC-based commercial and residential developer Monument Realty. Earlier in his career, Kevin served in several roles at GE Commercial Finance including underwriter within GE Real Estate and member of GE's Financial Management Program. He earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and BA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
