Kevin M. Maloney, a Senior Vice President in CBRE's Downtown Philadelphia office, has acted as a real estate consultant and tenant representative for the firm since 2008. Kevin specializes primarily in representing companies and organizations with operations in the four Center City submarkets, as well as select Philadelphia property owners.
Recent projects have included lease acquisitions and dispositions for law firms, non-for-profits and Fortune 500 Companies, implementation of occupancy cost reduction strategies and advanced lease renewals.
