Education & Affiliations Degree International Trade and Finance from Louisiana State University. Urban Land Institute International Council of Shopping Centers Houston’s Young Professionals in Finance. As Vice President of Multi-Family, Kevin is involved in the acquisition, financing, planning and execution of all future multi-family developments for The Signorelli Company. His focus spans from conception through completion, ensuring each development is delivered to or exceeding its initial pro forma. His experience in financial analysis and collaborative nature have allowed Kevin to quickly move up within the company. Since joining in 2015, he has worked on various commercial, retail and multi-family assets, and was instrumental in the development of Valley Ranch Town Center, one of the top open-air retail developments in Texas, as well as The Pointe at Valley Ranch Town Center.
