Bio
Kevin Kraiss is President of Global Workplace Solutions West Division. In this role he has global responsibility for CBRE's occupier clients headquartered in the Western United States, overseeing 5,200 employees delivering a diverse and integrated service offering that includes Enterprise Facility Management, Project Management, Transaction Management, Strategic Consulting and Workplace Experience services. Kevin is actively involved in support of outsourcing partnerships with a client base that includes a diverse mix of Fortune 500 organizations, financial institutions, healthcare providers, public utilities, retailers and high growth technology firms.
He previously served for five years as a Divisional Director, playing a key role in establishing and expanding new client partnerships and GWS operations in Southern California, the Southwest and the Pacific Northwest. He initially joined CBRE as a Managing Director and was integrally involved in leading both client engagements as well as the acquisition and integration of firms into CBRE as a means of enhancing client service capabilities.
Kevin has extensive experience interfacing with client executive teams and Board members regarding capital projects, portfolio strategy and operational initiatives that are critical to positioning their organizations for success in rapidly evolving marketplaces. His long-term relationships are founded on a combination of trust, skill, responsiveness and delivery of innovative solutions.
His 25 year track record in consulting and organizational leadership began at Deloitte, where he was responsible for engagements with Fortune 500 and international clients. Mr. Kraiss also served as a member of the Board and regional partner during his 15 year tenure with Hammes Company, a national planning, project management and development firm specializing in the healthcare sector.
