Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Kempf focused on investment sales and capital markets for another national commercial real estate firm in Washington, DC. In just two years, he was involved in $1 billion worth of transactions and listings. Mr. Kempf's past clients include Camden Property Trust, Fairfield Residential, Miller-Valentine Group and McCann Realty Partners.

Mr. Kempf began his career at Cassidy Turley in Indianapolis, Indiana. Mr. Kempf is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and an active member in the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association.
