Mr. Irwin attended the University of Mississippi, graduating with a B.B.A. majoring in Managerial Finance and Real Estate.

Prior to joining the Charles Hawkins Co., Mr. Irwin trained obedience and gundogs for Sporting Life Kennels; a British Labrador breeder out of Oxford, MS. While attending Ole Miss, Mr. Irwin also interned for Speed Commercial Real Estate, working under the company president, Jeff Speed.
