His experience encompasses community, neighborhood, strip and specialty centers. He has completed over 227 successful transactions with a total consideration in excess of $80.5 million.
His clients and his peers recognize Kevin for his excellent negotiation skills, his strong ethics, his focus on the client's needs, and his dedication and passion for the commercial real estate sales business. By generating activity with proven effective marketing strategies to add value of his client's real estate.
Prior to joining CBRE, Kevin spent four years with Sperry Van Ness in Irvine.
