Bio
With more than 15 years of industry experience, Kevin Giusti, Managing director, is responsible for senior housing, skilled nursing, and hospital financing within the HUD, bridge financing, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and CMBS platform at Walker & Dunlop. Mr. Giusti has experience financing an array of commercial real estate properties with a dedicated specialization in healthcare real estate. Throughout his career, Mr. Giusti has financed more than $2 billion in healthcare real estate debt across the United States.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Giusti was a healthcare commercial banker with M&T Bank, where he structured for-profit and not-for-profit debt transactions for skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, independent living facilities, continuing care retirement communities, and hospitals.
Mr. Giusti earned a M.B.A. from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business with a concentration in healthcare and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in finance from Virginia Tech.
