Kevin Garza is an investment sales associate based in Northmarq's San Antonio office. He is responsible for investment sales and capitalizations in Central, West and South Texas. As a multifamily specialist, Kevin is responsible for creating and maintaining client relationships in the Central, West and South Texas regions, specifically focused on marketing assignments in central Tx. Kevin brings a unique insight due to his time in property management. Kevin worked on-site, managing and operating multifamily assets in all classifications such as A, B and C Class properties throughout the San Antonio market.

Before joining Northmarq in 2024, Kevin was with The Multifamily Group focusing on multifamily investment sales. With over 16 years in the San Antonio real estate industry, Kevin has helped multiple clients value real estate and has closed over 170 real estate transactions. Kevin got his start in the real estate industry in 2008 where he worked on-site managing multifamily properties. From leasing, managing delinquency, increasing occupancy, resident retention, handling evictions, bid proposals, scheduling contractors and overseeing unit rehabs, Kevin has a great insight on how a multifamily asset should operate. He uses this unique knowledge in his approach on executions.
