Bio
As Director of Investment Management, Kevin Galligan is responsible for acquisitions, asset management, disposition management, entitlement review and negotiation, investment analysis, note sales and creation of distressed debt restructuring strategies. Prior to the 2019 merger of Madison Marquette and The Roseview Group, Kevin served as Director of Investments. Kevin joined Roseview in 2010 after spending more than three years at Anglo Irish Bank in Boston. While at Anglo, Kevin worked on loan originations and the underwriting of more than $1 billion in new business and asset management of $2 billion in existing debt, including hotels, apartments, offices and condominiums located across the U.S. Kevin received his B.S. from Boston College.
