Since August 2016, Kevin has been responsible for assisting in acquisition and asset management efforts by underwriting new investments, assisting the due diligence process, and helping to implement strategic business plans of current assets.  He creates valuation models, executes market research analytics, negotiates loan documents and purchase and sale agreements.  Kevin graduated from Baylor University with a bachelor’s in Finance & Entrepreneurship. He and his wife Annie enjoy traveling, hiking, and watching comedies.

Since inception, Griffin Partners has been involved with the acquisition, development, or management of 70 assets comprised of 96 individual properties encompassing 14 million square feet with an aggregate value exceeding $2.0 billion.
