Bio

Kevin Duckler joined Newmark's Chicago office in 2007 as the managing principal for the Midwest region. Mr. Duckler brings to his position over 29 years of real estate industry experience and oversees the strategic direction, development and success of the Midwest region while providing tenant representation services to his clients as well as expert lease/work letter negotiations enabled by his legal background.

 

Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Duckler served as a senior vice president at Equis Corporation, where he was the top producer in 2006. Prior to Equis, Mr. Duckler was a managing director at Mesirow Stein Real Estate, where he completed approximately $800 million in transactions for an array of clients that included Heidrick & Struggles, Federal Express and Platinum Technology.

 

Mr. Duckler also has extensive expertise in the public sector. , where he represented the city of Chicago and the state of Illinois in excess of 800,000 square feet. In addition, Mr. Duckler has worked exclusively with Household International in over 1.2 million square feet of transactions throughout the county.
