Kevin Dreiling

Kevin joined Landmark in 2020, continuing a 30 plus year career in commercial real estate. Kevin spent twenty years with Restaurant Management Company, a 130+ unit, multi-state restaurant owner/operator. As their Chief Development Officer and member of their Executive team, Kevin’s role including oversite of all aspects of real estate including strategic planning, site selection, development and asset management. Before his career with RMC, Kevin was Manager of Real Estate for Candlewood Hotel Company and Commercial Real Estate Broker. He received his CCIM in 1997. Kevin’s involvement in the community has included time on the Andover City Council, Andover Advantage Association, Pizza Hut’s Asset Committee and Wichita Phis Educational Foundation. He served as a member of Wichita State University’s SASO Board as well the advisory board for the Center for Real Estate. He is a member of Kansas CCIM chapter. He and his wife Tracey have three daughters. Kevin enjoys traveling, live music, and reading. He is a graduate of Wichita State University.
