Kevin Dinneen

With more than 11 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, Kevin Dinneen, Senior Director, is responsible for loan origination of multifamily and commercial properties nationwide. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Dinneen served as a principal at George Elkins Mortgage Banking Company. Mr. Dinneen began his career in real estate when he joined George Elkins in the Spring of 2005, where he assisted senior originators in all aspects of finance; including the underwriting, placement, and closing of debt and equity transactions for all property types. In January 2012, Mr. Dinneen was appointed as a principal due to his success as a senior originator, contribution, and initiative within the company. Throughout his career, Mr. Dinneen has arranged and closed more than $1.6 billion in financing with expertise in bridge, construction, CMBS, and GSE financing, as well as portfolio financing through correspondent insurance companies. Mr. Dinneen graduated with a bachelor’s degree in law and society from the University of California (UC), Santa Barbara.
