Kevin Darr

Kevin's primary responsibility is to perform due diligence and underwrite projects. He also works in a development operations role to entitle projects, securing the necessary approvals and permits. Previously, Kevin was Development Coordinator at Primax Properties where he played an active role in site selection and management of the due diligence process of projects including: civil, environmental and geotechnical consultants for multiple retail clients. Kevin worked closely with the construction team to ensure schedule and delivery, represent the company in jurisdictional hearings, abstract leases, and manage warranty lease compliance. Kevin received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and is currently pursuing an MBA from Queens University.
