Bio
Kevin Clarkson oversees the Asset Services division of the Memphis office. This portfolio includes all industrial, office, and retail property management and leasing assignments within the portfolio, including oversight of all property management operations, as well as owner and tenant relations.
Previous positions include Executive Vice President of Project Management in the Memphis office where Kevin and his team directed and oversaw the construction and development of all CBRE Memphis construction projects (tenant infill, renovations, and build to suits). Additionally, he assessed energy conservation incentive programs for CBRE Memphis projects, and oversaw the implementation of energy-saving techniques, including lighting retrofits, HVAC upgrades, building automation systems and thermal load management.
