Kevin Chin

Kevin Chin joined PCCP in December 2009 and is responsible for debt and equity originations in the Eastern United States. Mr. Chin is based in New York and has invested over $1 billion in multifamily, office, industrial, retail and hotel transactions since joining the firm. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Chin worked at Lehman Brothers for 7 years within the Real Estate Private Equity and Global Real Estate Groups, where he was responsible for sourcing, structuring, underwriting and asset managing senior loans, mezzanine loans, and preferred equity investments across various asset classes in the United States. Mr. Chin holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
