Bio

Kevin Berry is Senior Vice President of Asset Management & Operations at Raider Hill responsible for the firm’s institutional advisory and strategic consulting activities, market research function, and oversight of various financial reporting responsibilities on behalf of clients. Prior to joining Raider Hill, Mr. Berry held various executive leadership positions at General Growth Properties (GGP) and its successor Brookfield Properties Retail. Mr. Berry was ranked as the top investor relations officer in the REIT industry numerous times by Institutional Investor based on input from investors and research analysts. Mr. Berry led all corporate communications and media relations activities for the company and throughout its national portfolio. Mr. Berry assumed the position of Executive Vice President of Human Resources, leading a team of 20 professionals and the reorganization of the company in 2019. Following the sale of GGP to Brookfield in late 2019, Mr. Berry led all finance and administrative activities, including institutional investor relations. Prior to joining GGP in 2011, Mr. Berry was Vice President at Equity International responsible for capital raising, portfolio management and investor relations. Prior to joining Equity International in 2007, Mr. Berry was Director of Financial Reporting and Investor Relations for Equity Office Properties Trust. Mr. Berry received a BS in Finance from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. Mr. Berry is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of ICSC, The Urban Land Institute (ULI), The National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) and the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA). Mr. Berry is based in Chicago, IL.
