Kevin Dare

Mr. Dare is a Principal and Co-General Partner at Rutherford Investments. Mr. Dare leads the executive team and is responsible for strategic and operational aspects of the Company. Mr. Dare is the co-chair of the investment committee and is actively involved in the sourcing of new opportunities, overseeing financial analysis, and leading the team through the redevelopment and delivery of new projects through completion. Prior to joining Rutherford, Mr. Dare was a Managing Director at Sand Hill Property Company where he led the ground up development of more than $500 million of projects across multiple product types including multi-family, office, retail and hotels. Before Sand Hill Property Company, Mr. Dare was a Director at InterTrust Technologies, where he was an integral member of the corporate strategy team that ultimately led to the acquisition of the company to Sony and Philips for $453 million. Mr. Dare started his career as a strategy consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he had numerous Fortune 500 companies as clients. Mr. Dare holds a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics from University of California, Los Angeles.
