Bio
Kerry is responsible for the debt financing activities and is located at our Boston office. Prior to joining Beacon, Kerry was the Director of Finance and Capital Markets at Boston Properties. Before his time at BXP, Kerry was a member of the investment sales team at Cushman & Wakefield’s Washington, D.C. office. Kerry holds a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the College of Charleston.
