Kerry McCormack McCormack

Kerry joined Crosspoint in 2011 as part of the asset management team and employs his background in site development of office and retail properties. He is focused on growing and enhancing Crosspoint’s shopping center portfolio throughout New England. Prior to joining Crosspoint Associates, Kerry was the Director of Development with Sam Park & Company in Boston, MA focusing on the ground-up development of life-style centers. Kerry received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and M.B.A. from Babson College with a concentration in Real Estate Finance. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer and Real Estate Salesperson in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Currently Chairs the Babson Alumni Career Affinity Network (CAN-Real Estate) and is an active Member of the Town of Medfield State Hospital Advisory Committee (SHAC).
