with over 25 years experience leasing multiple property types throughout New England, Kerry Dowling is leading leasing strategies, merchandise mix recommendations, and executing lease deals on properties throughout the Wilder portfolio. She joined the company from WS Development where her responsibilities as Vice President of Leasing included overseeing a large leasing team. Kerry is a graduate of Boston College where she also earned a Master of Science Degree in Finance from the Carroll School of Management.
