Having initially joined TMG as an Associate, Keon became a Vice President in 2022 by leading the Southern California team’s growth in Los Angeles and posting record performance as a 2021 top producer. His focused, open-hearted approach enables superior results through keen problem-solving and proven execution, succeeding where others have failed. With a long-term perspective, Keon's expertise lies in achieving his client’s objectives throughout an investment lifetime and across generations.

Prior to joining the firm, he successfully guided his network of private owners through strategic growth, consulted on family-office syndications, and served as a direct advisor for C-level executives on feasibility and growth initiatives in the financial valuations industry with Globalview Advisors, Irvine.

Nearly a decade ago, Keon founded an investment sales and marketing group in Colorado upon graduating from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, Boulder and has negotiated and transacted real estate across the Western United States.
