Kenzie Killgore

Kenzie Killgore is a Senior Associate within CBRE’s office leasing group. Mrs. Killgore is responsible for marketing and leasing commercial office properties throughout Dallas/Fort Worth. She has added value to local, regional, and institutional owners’ office portfolios by helping them reposition and stabilize their assets. 

During the 18 months Mrs. Killgore was a member of the leasing team for Signature Exchange, a 458,482 RSF Class “A” asset located in North Dallas, the team was successful in increasing occupancy from 80% to 92% and simultaneously raising rental rates by $6/RSF. At Tollway Plaza, a 370,073 RSF Class A building located along the Tollroad, the leasing team she was a part of raised rental rates by $6/RSF while increasing occupancy from 84% to 96% during a 20 month time period.

Prior to joining the office leasing group, Mrs. Killgore was a member of CBRE’s Wheel Program, a 12-month rotational training program highlighting services lines within CBRE including Investment Sales, Tenant Representation, Landlord Representation, and Property Management. Mrs. Killgore cycled through a “wheel” of experience in various business lines, gaining a unique perspective of CBRE’s integrated service offerings and allowed her to build relationships across the firm’s vast platform.
