Bio
Kent has over 20 years experience in construction and project management. Kent’s key responsibility as Vice President of Construction is overseeing the front end process of mixed-use and multifamily projects for Northwood Ravin and CAP Construction, ensuring success on each project during the construction operations phase. Specific responsibilities include scope development, project start-up, strategy, and scheduling. Kent leads the Pre-Construction and Estimating department which works closely with the Northwood Ravin Development team. Kent’s previous experience includes an extensive background in construction and project management, including work on high-rise luxury condominiums, urban infill sites, large-scale retirement communities and medical centers. Prior to joining Northwood Ravin Construction, Kent served as a Project Manager for Crosland Contracting, Kraft Construction Company and The Weitz Company.
