Kent Honeycutt is Senior Director in Cushman & Wakefield's Raleigh-Durham, NC office with over 30 years of corporate real estate consulting experience spanning life sciences/pharma, legal, professional, educational and technology sectors. Mr. Honeycutt has distinguished himself by negotiating innovative, value-added real estate solutions on behalf of his clients.

 

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Honeycutt opened the office for Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer. Growing the office from three employees to 30 in two years. he has received awards each year for his production levels, most notably in 2014 for Top Office Lease Transaction (MetLife), in 2013 for Largest Office Lease (Verizon) and in 2011 for Deal of the Decade (Gilead Pharmaceuticals) from the Triangle Business Journal. Mr. Honeycutt is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of North Carolina.
