Kent Guerin started his real estate career in 2003, working with investment clients looking to build their portfolios with residential and small multi housing properties. He came to Marcus & Millichap from an investment firm where he did acquisitions of apartments and managed real estate portfolios for clients. Kent managed all facets of the acquisition process, from finding the property and analyzing the investment to managing the due diligence and the process to bring the properties to Escrow. Kent is a multifamily specialist that focuses on southwest metro Denver to Colorado Springs and the Western Colorado Mountain Region. He is a Colorado native that grew up and lived in these areas, so he adds local expertise value to these markets. Kent attended the University of New Mexico to study International Business and is working on completing his CCIM. Kent understands multifamily investments from an investors point of view and works hard to achieve client goals.
