Kent Aden

Kent Aden is Senior Vice President and Senior Development Manager for HomeFed Corporation and President of HomeFed Communities. Mr. Aden joined the firm in 2012 and is responsible for overseeing master-planned communities in California and Florida, including securing entitlements, design, development and marketing. A licensed architect, he has 30 years of executive management experience in all phases planning, entitlements, land development and home building. He has been involved in the planning and development of 23,000 homes in Southern California. Mr. Aden is a Past President of the San Diego Building Industry Association (BIA) and chaired the 2008 Pacific Coast Builders Conference (PCBC). He earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton, and a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
