Kenny Budd

Kenny Budd is a Vice President of Development at Novare Group. Mr. Budd leads Novare Group’s business development efforts and is involved with all pre-development responsibilities including identifying and sourcing new development opportunities, business plan creation and financial underwriting, capital raising, land acquisition and project level diligence for new development opportunities. He also assists with property disposition efforts. Mr. Budd has been involved in the financing, acquisition, development, disposition and recapitalization of over $400 million in multifamily asset transactions in his career. Prior to joining Novare Group in 2019, Mr. Budd was most recently an Investment Associate with StoneRiver Company, a multifamily investment and development firm. Prior to joining StoneRiver Company, he was with Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, a full-service commercial real estate finance firm, where he helped originate over $165 million in commercial real estate debt and equity. Mr. Budd received a bachelor’s degree in finance with a concentration in Real Estate from The University of Alabama and a M.B.A. from Emory University Goizueta Business School.
