Ken specializes in the acquisition and disposition ofmultifamily assets throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington.

Originally from Southern California, Ken came to the Pacific Northwest in 2009 where he enrolled in the University of Oregon. In short time, he knew this is a place he would eventually call home. After graduating in 2012 with a degree in Economics, Ken spent the year as runner for an Industrial Brokerage team out of Los Angeles. With a goal of getting back to the Northwest, Ken took this experience and continued to pursue a real estate career in Portland. He joined a national investment sales firm before finding the right fit with Colliers International. At Colliers, Ken has been integral in building a Multifamily Investments Sales platform that focuses on specialization and a client first approach. Using these principles, the Portland Multifamily Team has excelled at providing maximum value to clients.
