Kenneth Strickler

Ken Strickler is a Principal and a Managing Director of Lingerfelt CommonWealth. He is responsible for the acquisition sourcing, underwriting/due diligence and asset management activities for all investments. Ken serves as a member of the Investment Committee and has been integral in the acquisition and development of Lingerfelt’s current owned portfolio of 4.7 million square feet in 6 states, totaling $806 million. Ken also serves as President of Commonwealth Commercial, previously having served as Managing Director of Asset Management for StreamCo., its affiliated asset management business. At StreamCo., Ken was responsible for managing an institutional real estate portfolio consisting of over 14.8 million square feet of office, medical office, industrial, retail, hospitality and multi-family properties and 1,651 hotel rooms in 12 states. Ken received a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematical Economics and Economics and Commerce from Hampden-Sydney College. He also holds a CCIM designation.
