Ken is a Co-Founder and Managing Principal of DFW Lee & Associates, LLC, opened in 2006 . He is a highly motivated, results-driven professional who specializes in institutional project leasing and tenant representation. Ken has an extensive background in marketing, leasing, brokerage and new business development.

Ken’s industry knowledge has provided him with a solid foundation for representing both local and national tenants and landlords across the Metroplex. He is responsible for roughly 20 million square feet of industrial product in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Ken was elected to the Lee & Associates Board of Directors for 2017-2019. The Board works directly with the CEO in helping shape the strategic direction for Lee & Associates which consists of over 1,000+ agents and staff in 60+ offices. He has also served as the acting President of the DFW Lee & Associates office for the last 10 years. The DFW office consists of over 30 brokers and supporting staff members.
