Ken Morris

Kenneth Morris started his career with CBRE in September of 1999 in the Walnut Creek office in Northern California as a retail broker for a short period of time. Mr. Morris moved to the Oakland office in September 2000 launching his industrial real estate career and was working with the Jones/Furay Industrial team. In 2000, Mr. Morris earned Regional Rookie of the Year. In 2008, Mr. Morris launched his career working on his own and teaming up with other industrial brokers in the Oakland office.

Mr. Morris specializes in owners and developers of industrial properties. He has completed over 250 lease/sale transactions and is well on the path of becoming a top producer in the Bay Area. Mr. Morris is an expert in the industrial market in Emeryville, Oakland, San Leandro, Hayward and Union City.
