Ken McMackin

Ken is a Senior Vice President in the Asset Management Team at Avanath. In this role, Ken is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of Avanath’s strategy on an asset-by-asset basis across the portfolio. Additionally, Ken oversees the Financial Planning and Analysis function at Avanath, which provides analyses to support the strategic objectives of Avanath’s funds and management companies. Ken focuses on monitoring fund-level and asset-level performance and supporting asset management, acquisition, disposition, and refinancing activities. Ken also oversees internal property budgeting and manages the annual and quarterly external appraisal processes. Prior to joining Avanath, Ken was a Manager in Deloitte’s Real Estate Consulting practice. Ken holds an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California State University Long Beach.
