Ken is a Senior Managing Director and head of the Indianapolis office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition with more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience. Throughout his career he has completed more than $3.1 billion of real estate transactions. He specializes in the disposition, financing and re-capitalization of investment real estate.

Ken started at HFF in May 2010. Before that, he was a director in the Capital Markets Group at Scannell Properties. He’s held a previous position as a financial analyst at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (now Cushman Wakefield) and began his career as a real estate associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
