Ken Hornbeck leads all real estate development functions for High Real Estate Group LLC and the High family portfolio, as well as growth and management of the development services market. He has over 20 years of development, entitlement and building experience with retail, hospitality, industrial, and commercial projects throughout the eastern United States. As High continues to adapt to an evolving real estate marketplace, it will seek opportunities to provide quality development and asset management skills to those they serve.

We have a unique ability to pull together specialized teams to provide each client with a highly customized solution in the areas of development, brokerage, appraisal and facility & renovation services.

Our experienced presence in the real estate industry dates back to 1963, when High Realty Company was formed and the first building was built and leased at what is now Greenfield Corporate Center. Subsequently, High Associates Ltd. was established in 1980 to develop, sell, lease and manage commercial and industrial real estate.

Since that time, we’ve steadily grown in the depth and breadth of our services by focusing on providing exceptional support to our clients and tenants and always striving to exceed expectations. Our real estate product types go beyond office and industrial, to include multi-family residential and retail properties. In doing so, High Associates grew from having one centralized presence in Lancaster, Pa., to having 24 office and property locations throughout the eastern U.S. Today, we manage more than eight million square feet of commercial and industrial space that includes several major corporate centers and other properties including six apartment communities totaling more than 1,700 upscale garden apartments and town homes.
