Bio

Ken Cayre has over thirty years of business experience in music media, entertainment, and the real estate industry. His first venture was as one of the founders of Bethlehem Music and Salsoul Records in the 1970’s. In 1984, he started a movie licensing and production company called Good Times Video Entertainment, which went on to receive Wal-Mart’s Vendor of the year award in 1990, with sales of over 100 Million Sales. He and his brothers sold Good Times Entertainment in 2003 to a Wall Street investment firm.In 1995, Cayre and his two sons Jack and Nathan established Cayre Equities, a diversified investment company with more than 70 properties and over 3 million square feet of Class A retail real estate across the country. Clients include Mont Blanc as well as Barney’s New York in Los Angeles, Chicago and New York. Cayre has also created a flourishing self storage business across the tri state area, called TI Storage, with his two sons, Jack and Nathan, which continues to expand. In addition, he has been acquiring valuable commercial licenses for brands such as XOXO, Bugle Boy, H.W. Carters and Sons, over the past few years.
