Ken Bleznak

Ken Bleznak, a 31-year commercial real estate veteran, serves as Executive Vice President based in Radnor, Pennsylvania. In his role, Ken focuses on tenant representation and consulting services both nationally and in the greater Philadelphia region.

Prior   to   joining   CBRE,   Ken   founded   Atlantic   Real   Estate   Group,   based   in   Bala  Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, where he served as President since 2002. Before launching Atlantic, Ken worked at several other large firms including Jackson-Cross (Insignia/ESG), Metro Commercial and Colliers. Using  this  long  and  diverse  experience  in  the  industry,  Ken  has  helped  to  design  and  execute many of his clients' trade area and site analytics as well as multi-market expansion programs.

Throughout his career, Ken has represented some of the premier names in the retail industry including Whole Foods, CVS, Wawa, BJ's Restaurant Group, California Pizza Kitchen, Redstone American Grill, Lululemon, Dave & Buster's, A.C. Moore and Citizens Bank, among others. He has worked with national and local landlords as a broker and consultant to redevelop and reposition their assets for optimal tenant mix and value.

While not at work, Ken enjoys playing ice hockey, basketball and skis as often as his schedule will allow. He has served on several boards and committees, offering his time and experience as a supporter of these charitable and community organizations. He currently resides in Villanova, Pennsylvania with his wife, Jamie and their five children; Albert, Ayla, Kate, Jack and Dara.
