Bio
Kelsey Scheive is a Vice President in CBRE Chicago's Advisory & Transaction Services, Investor Leasing group. In this role, she specializes in delivering strategic planning to multi-tenant office building owners in downtown Chicago.
Kelsey's experience extends every asset class from prominent properties such as 181 W. Madison Street and 10 & 120 S. Riverside Plaza to numerous loft properties in Fulton Market and River North. She also has extensive redevelopment experience, most notably with the $50 million repositioning of 333 North Michigan Avenue and four-building portfolio in Fulton Market.
Throughout her career, Kelsey has significantly increased the value of marquee properties for a number of distinguished clients. Her experience allows her to provide innovative and proactive leasing solutions to attract and retain quality tenants. Notable deals include QRM (107,000 SF), Vital Proteins (38,000 SF), MediaOcean (35,000 SF) and QBE Insurance Group (26,000 SF).
Her accomplishments in the market have resulted in her being named a finalist for Office Property Representative of the Year at the 2017-2018 Greater Chicago Food Depository's Commercial Real Estate Awards.
Immediately prior to joining CBRE, Kelsey was with MB Real Estate as Vice President of Leasing Services.
