Kelsey Bodenstab

Ms. Bodenstab is a Vice President based in New York City responsible for supporting the acquisition and asset management activities of Artemis.Prior to joining Artemis, Ms. Bodenstab was a Vice President on the Real Estate Acquisitions team at Garrison Investment Group, where she was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing investments across all major property types throughout the US. Previously, Ms. Bodenstab was a Senior Associate on the Real Estate Advisory team at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she conducted due diligence and valuations of real estate investments for institutional clients.Ms. Bodenstab is dedicated to increasing the number of women in the real estate industry. Most notably, Ms. Bodenstab, in collaboration with the Castell Project, created a program to bring female real estate executives to college campuses to share their experiences and educate students about career opportunities.Ms. Bodenstab graduated magna cum laude from Lehigh University with a BS in Finance and a minor in Real Estate.
