Profile
Keith has almost 30 years of experience in real estate brokerage, development and consulting. He uses his extensive experience in commercial tenant representation and development including build-to-suits, relocations, acquisitions and dispositions to work in Austin and throughout the country.
Specializing in corporate representation, Keith has represented numerous major Fortune 500 corporations, mid-cap technology companies, entrepreneurial start-ups and other professional organizations. He created and led the DTZ Austin office for 19 years until it was merged with Cushman & Wakefield in 2016. He was ranked among the top 15 brokers nationally multiple years including a ranking of 2nd nationally one of the years. Keith has also received Costar's Powerbroker award. The Austin Business Journal awarded him the #1 Heavy Hitter Award and he has been ranked in the top five multiple times. Currently, Keith is a member of Cushman & Wakefield's national Tenant Advisory Group.
