Keith is a Senior Managing Director and co-head of the Chicago and Columbus offices of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. In addition to his management responsibilities, he represents real estate owners in the financing, both debt and equity advisory, of their investment properties. He has been directly involved in the placement of over $9 billion in real estate financing. His financing experience includes all major property types including office, multi-housing, retail, industrial, hospitality, and condominiums. His product knowledge is similarly widespread having completed transactions including first mortgages, bridge loans, mezzanine debt, and structuring joint ventures.

Prior to joining JLL, Keith served as a Director at Cushman & Wakefield and as Vice President at NorthMarq Capital. Before that he was an Analyst with Mercer Management Consulting, a national strategy consulting firm.
