Keith Konkoli

Keith Konkoli is Senior Vice President – Real Estate Services, Head of Outpatient Medical for Welltower Inc. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring that the operations, finance and leasing departments of the company’s Outpatient Medical portfolio provide hospital clients and physician tenants with quality property management services, timely management information, and a wide array of leasing services. Mr. Konkoli joined the company in April 2018.

Mr. Konkoli has a distinguished background in health care real estate management and development. Most notably, he led Duke Realty Corporation’s $3 billion healthcare division as Executive Vice President, Healthcare with responsibility for all U.S. operations. Mr. Konkoli is well known and deeply respected in the industry by both health systems and Wall Street through his strong track record of performance and management.
