Keegan Barrett is a Director for the National Retail Partners – Midwest (NRP – Midwest), primarily focused on the teams Single Tenant Net Lease practice. The NRP— Midwest is recognized as CBRE’s leading national retail investment team, representing a diverse set of clients ranging from REITs and pension fund advisors to private investors and developers. Since its formation, the team has completed over 1,200 transactions containing over 167 million square feet of retail properties valued in excess of over $17.3 billion.

Keegan is also an assisting member of CBRE’s Net Lease Property Group (NLPG), a select team of senior Capital Markets professionals that specialize in the sale, purchase and recapitalization of single tenant net lease properties throughout the United States. As the world’s largest brokerage of net lease properties, CBRE leads the way in the single-tenant sector, closing more than $360 billion in single tenant sales worldwide since 2003.

Keegan is actively involved in marketing the team’s disposition assignments as well as outreach of new business development opportunities. He is involved in all facets of the teams property valuation, underwriting, financial analysis and market research endeavors. Since joining the team in 2018, Keegan has been actively involved in the execution of more than 150 transactions worth in excess of $1.1 billion.
