Kayleigh is a creative professional supporting the Central Florida Retail Investments brokerage team. She specializes in designing dynamic marketing materials and offering memorandums for multi-tenant and single-tenant retail investment sales. Beyond her design expertise, she oversees transaction materials, leads e-marketing efforts, and provides essential administrative support to her high performing team.

Kayleigh has a strong background in digital print, branding, and graphic design. Prior to joining Colliers, she worked as a Graphic Designer with JLL’s Capital Markets group, creating marketing packages for office, retail, and multifamily investment properties. She also served as a Production Specialist at Rollins College, where she was responsible for designing and producing materials for the campus, local businesses, and the Winter Park Board of Trustees.
