Additionally, she manages all listing platforms and assists in crafting BPO proposals and conducting comprehensive research. Beyond her marketing expertise, Kayla plays a vital role in the administrative management of real estate transactions. She prepares and organizes essential documents, schedules meetings, creates market surveys and prepares comparative analysis reports and other research documents to support client decision-making. She also creates RFPs and ensures deadlines are met with precision.
